The furnishings are contemporary and fresh in order to give off a relaxing and soothing feeling. This apartment comprises of two desirably furnished bedrooms, open plan dining and living area with a sumptuous leather sofa, flat screen television, and DVD player to fully unwind after a long day's sightseeing. As you take a stroll outside, you can loosen up in your private garden with a soothing glass of wine, and take in the breathtaking views together.

Varenna's ferry terminal and train station is only a 15 min walk down (and a little more back up) using the historic paths, that cut across the road. Varenna may be the most picturesque town on the lake, with its steep winding alleys lined with historical Italianate architecture, flowering baskets, and enchanting atmosphere. Two famed villas to visit here are Villa Cipressi, with terraced gardens cascading right down to the shores, and Villa Monastero, a true showcase.

A distinctive feature of Varenna is it's mild climate; olive & cypress trees abound as well as many other variety's of lush, tropical plants, typical if the lake. Varenna enjoys abundant sunshine & warmth right into the evening.

We would like to advise guests, that the swimming pool will be open for use in May 2009.

Service Charge

There is a service charge which is inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, water & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis. The final property clean is offered free of charge.

Making a Bookings

There are no additional charges for credit or debit card payments. However,all bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our booking form online and pay a 30% deposit. The remaining balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
